Our Christian School Values 

Christian love agape, is at the heart of our school. Our vision reminds us of the importance of selflessness, charity and kindness. Our Christian values of Respect, Equality, Honesty, Dedication, Courage and Love offer a bedrock for our learning community to bring our vision to life.

These values permeate throughout the life of the school, and they are evident in the culture and ethos.

Our Christian values stem from the Fruits of the Spirit, and are exemplified within the parable of the Good Samaritan. These values embody the fruits of the spirit to inspire our children to embrace our learning community and explore education for life in all of its fullness.

Our goal is to empower our children to live by these values and make a positive difference. 

Respect – tolerance for others, the environment and oneself

Show proper respect to everyone: 1 Peter 2:17

 

Equality – inclusivity, individuality, fairness

There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus: Galatians 3:28

 

Honesty – trust and integrity, kindness and goodness

If you are good, you are guided by honesty: Proverbs 11:3

 

Dedication – resilience, a personal motivation and desire to succeed

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart: Colossians 3:23

 

Courage  to make good choices, to do what is right

Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go: Joshua 1:9

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud: 1 Corinthians 13:4
